Users can book appointments for both video and in-person consultations with registered doctors on the ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ platform. The availability of appointments is subject to the schedules of the respective doctors.
Health Camps:
ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ organizes health camps based on user requests. Users can submit requests for health camps through the platform, and the feasibility of organizing such camps will be determined by ThinkAyurvedaFirst.
Payment and Refund Policy:
Payments for consultations and health camps must be made through the ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ payment gateway. Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined on the platform.
User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during appointment booking and health camp requests. ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
Privacy Policy:

All proceedings of such arbitration, including, without limitation, any awards, shall be in the English language. The award shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.

○ You must schedule free consultations through the app or website.
○ Unused consultations do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
○ If you need to cancel, do it at least 4 hours before the appointment.
Advanced Screenings:
○ Book these at least 48 hours ahead of time.
○ They are only available at partner labs.
○ You can expect results in about 48-72 hours.
Personalized Recipes:
○ You will get recipe books digitally within 7 days after you start your subscription.
○ If you want a physical copy, you can request it for an extra fee.
Discounts:
○ These apply only to products sold by Thinkayurvedafirst.
○ Discounts cannot be used with other special offers.
Free Shipping:
○ Free shipping is for deliveries within India only.
○ Premium delivery options might be quicker.
Webinars:
○ You will get access links sent to your email 24 hours before the webinar.
○ The recordings will be available for 15 days after the event.
Health Camp Invitations:
○ These depend on availability and your location.
○ You need to register at least 7 days prior.
Account and Privacy:
Thinkayurvedafirst is a product by Edvenswa. It follows all privacy and data rules.
Any medical information shared in consultations is private and safe.
Do not share your subscription account details with anyone.
Thinkayurvedafirst can end accounts that break these rules.

ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ has different subscription plans to improve your wellness journey. These plans include Ayurvedic consultations, lab tests, personalized recommendations, and special benefits for members.
All subscriptions come with fixed benefits that you can see on the subscription page.
Each plan has a specific billing cycle. Fees are charged automatically at the start of that cycle.
Benefits such as doctor consultations, lab test discounts, recipe books, and free shipping belong to your active subscription and cannot be used after it ends.
You can change your subscriptions by going to your account settings.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. It will stay active until the current billing cycle finishes.
Products and Shipping:
Our platform lets users browse and buy Ayurveda products from several trusted vendors all over India.
Products in the marketplace come from third-party sellers. Each seller is in charge of the quality, shipping, and customer support for their products.
Return and refund rules can vary by seller and will be clearly shown on the product page.
ThinkAyurvedaFirst makes sure all sellers meet quality and trust standards but does not take responsibility for problems from individual sellers.
Subscription perks like special discounts or free shipping apply only to some products from ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ 's partner sellers and are not for all listings.
