Refund Eligibility:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial refund, depending on the processing stage of your order.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Product Return:
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you may need to return the products upon delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.
Our products are non-returnable after opening the package. Except the product is damaged. A courier return is acceptable.
Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

Appointment Booking:
Users can book appointments for both video and in-person consultations with registered doctors on the ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ platform. The availability of appointments is subject to the schedules of the respective doctors.
Health Camps:
ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ organizes health camps based on user requests. Users can submit requests for health camps through the platform, and the feasibility of organizing such camps will be determined by ThinkAyurvedaFirst.
Payment and Refund Policy:
Payments for consultations and health camps must be made through the ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ payment gateway. Refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined on the platform.
User Responsibilities:
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during appointment booking and health camp requests. ThinkAyurvedaFirst™ is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
Privacy Policy:
User data and information are handled in accordance with ThinkAyurvedaFirst™’s Privacy Policy, available on the platform. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Termination of Services:

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of such arbitration shall be Hyderabad. All proceedings of such arbitration, including, without limitation, any awards, shall be in the English language. The award shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
